また「失われた10年」の始まり？："Lost Decade" Again?

地価が全国的に下落：Falling Land Prices All Over Japan

「毎日.jp」の記事（下のリンク参照）によると、最近の政府の調査で、日本の地価が過去数か月間下落し続けていることが明らかになったという。
非常に深刻なのは、都心の銀座や大手町で地価が下落していることで、これはそう簡単に地価が反転しないことを意味しているであろう。
日本の経済状況は、地価が全国的に下落した90年代の「失われた10年」の始まりの時期にますます似てきたといえよう。

It is reported in the "Mainichi.jp" article linked above that Japan's land prices are declining in most locations over the past several months, according to a recent government survey.
Most serious may be falling land values in such prime locations as Ginza and Otemachi in central Tokyo, meaning that no prospects for a turnaround in the near future.
The economic situation in Japan is looking more and more like that in the beginning of the "lost decade" in the 90s, when land prices fell across the country.
