中国は長期的グローバルリスク：China as Long-term Global Risk

情報発信ニュースレター5月号が発行された。

1面では、中国に関するテンプル大との共同シンポの内容の要旨を掲載。1日目のテーマは、「中国は日米にとってチャンスか脅威か」で、2日目は、「オリンピックの年における中国問題」がテーマ。
中国は現在直面するさまざまな問題を短期的には乗り切ることができるかもしれないが、長期的にはグローバルなリスク要因とみなされるべきというのがとりあえずの結論である。

On page 1, we post a summary of our joint symposium with Temple University on China. The main theme on Day 1 is "China as an Opportunity and Challenge to the US and Japan," and on Day 2 it is "the China problem in the Olympic Year."
A conclusion is that China should be considered a long-term glocal risk factor, although various problems facing China seem likely to be overcome in the short run.
