農民の支持も失う自民党：LDP Even Loses Some Farmers

参院選で敗色濃厚：Imminent Defeat in Upper House Election

本日の「ジャパン･タイムズ」の記事（下のリンク参照）によれば、一部地域では農民も自民党支持でなくなっており、この日曜の参院選で野党代表の民主党に投票する可能性が高い。
ジャパン･タイムズの記事によれば、これは過去には考えられないことであったが、最近では事情が違ってきたとのこと。どうやらこの日曜を境に日本の政治地図が大きく変わりそうである。

It is reported in today's Japan Times (see the link above) that some farmers are no longer supporting LDP and may well vote for the leading opposition party, DPJ, in this Sunday's Upper House election.
This was unthinkable in the past, but the situation is different nowadays, according to the Japan Times article. It looks like Japan's political scene will most likely change overnight this coming Sunday.
