依然上昇する米住宅価格：Still Rising US Housing Prices

住宅楽観論と符号：Consistent with Housing Optimism

本日のロサンゼルス･タイムズ（4/13：下のリンク参照）によれば、南カリフォルニアの住宅価格はまだ上昇している。ただし、住宅の販売戸数は急減しているとのことである。
これはつまり売り手が価格引下げを嫌い、売リ手の希望する価格通り払ってくれる買い手が出てくるまでむしろ待っていることを意味する。
この行動は、米国民の住宅市場に関する楽観論に符号しているといえよう（下のリンク参照）。

It is reported in today's LA Times (4/13: see the link above) that housing prices in Southern California are still rising, although housing sales volume is dropping sharply. This means that sellers are refusing to lower their prices and would wait until they find a buyer wo could pay their asking price rather than accepting a lower bid price right away.
This seems consistent with people's optimism about housing in the U.S. (see the link above).
