東京のマジックは何か？：What is the Magic in Tokyo?

本日付の「ディズニー・ニュース」の記事（下のリンク参照）によると、東京ディズニーランドの経営は非常にうまくいっており、ディズニーランドとディズニーシーの年間来訪者数は約2500万人で、年間収入は28兆円に達しているとのこと。
香港ディズニーやユーロディズニーは人が集まらず利益を上げていないに対して、東京ディズニーランドははるかにうまくやっているとこの記事は伝えている。
「いったい東京のマジックは何か」というのが当然出される問いであろう。

According to today's Walt Disneyland News (see the link above), Tokyo Disneyland is doing very well, as the number of visitors to Disneyland and Disney Sea is about 25 million every year with annual revenue around $2.8 billion, much better than other overseas Disneylands.
Other Disneylands, such as Hong Kong Disney and Euro Disney are having trouble attracting sufficient numbers of visitors for them to make any profit.
A natural question is: what is the magic in Tokyo?
